Today TherapyFlow includes internal tracking for packages and payments. External payment processing can be added later as the product evolves.

Yes — on Enterprise. That plan includes therapist and room management, calendar assignment, and role-based users (therapist, staff, clinic admin). Basic and Pro are single-user plans (1 user each). Full multi-user management is available on Enterprise.

Yes. Roles such as admin, therapist, staff, clinic admin, and coordinator are supported, with granular permissions (for example viewing reports, editing clients, managing packages). The user and permission management UI is available on Enterprise.

Backups run at the infrastructure level, not via an in-app backup button. Data is stored on secured servers with operational server-side backup processes. For specific questions, contact us.

Yes. TherapyFlow includes user authentication, CSRF protection, clinic-level data isolation (multi-tenant), signed webhook verification, a single active session model, and an audit log for important actions. Each clinic only sees its own data.

Yes. Every lead has a source field (Facebook, Instagram, referral, Other, and more). On Pro and above you get ROI reports by source and campaign, a lead funnel, and smart insights — so you can see where leads come from and what actually pays off.

Yes. There is a full reporting module: sessions, revenue, lead funnel, status overview, clients, ROI by source and campaign, and smart insights. Advanced reports and insights are available on Pro and above. Basic includes a core dashboard.

Yes. There is an internal invoicing module: create and view invoices from the client profile, including PDF. There are also invoicing partner integrations — for example a local invoicing integration such as Green Invoice in Israel — for draft invoices from purchases and sessions. Full online payment processing is not part of the product today; internal payment and purchase tracking is included.

Yes. Define packages (session count and price), assign a package to a client, track usage, and deduct a session when a treatment is completed. Basic includes limited packages (up to 2). Pro and Enterprise include unlimited packages.

Partially. PDF export is available for purchases, CSV lead import is available in integrations (Pro+), and there is an API for leads and clients. CSV export from reports is not currently available. If you have a specific need, contact us.

The unified, branded clinic page is a professional page generated from TherapyFlow that you can share with clients.
